CoE (College of Engineering) and SCE Orientation. Gotta reach there by 9 am. That means I have to leave the house by 6.30 am (latest), in order to reach there and start to navigate my way lor. Lols. Campus is real huge~!
Haiz.. I miss my poly mates. But then, I have to move on. Hope I can make new friends real quickly. In fact, on QET (Qualifying English Test), I clicked with one of my course mates. It turned out that we are the lone rangers in the course.. U may wunder y..cos all our frens ended up in computer engineering.. ~ lolx.. and we hit it off well. I am glad to know her. =)
tomolo i am gonna get broadband..YIPPE~!!! Means I can surf and play and learn online..lolx..
guess what, my uni exempted me from 4 subjects *Rejoices, but amongst the 4 have a subj that i din learn before (damn weird). thinking of dropping semester 2 core subjects and take the rest like electives first. cos hard to cope with high demand ones.. Imagine handling 2 different type of maths. with lectures running side by side.. gonna rush like mad woman..my mind is still whirling in confusion.. cos there are so many things to handle at the same time.. *ArGh
maybe a lighter load will allow me to participate in activities and of cos, help my other fellow friends having difficulty in the course same as me. Please dun misunderstood me, for its my nature as such to extend a helping hand willingly with no questions asked..gonna meet prof. hui on coming monday after the welcome freshmen ceremony. hee.. cca fair also on monday and tuesday. Gonna checkout the huge variety of CCAs and then take time to look thru them before joining.. cool man..
probably gonna attend the flag day event on wednesday..cos no class lolx.. haha.. never knew the hip side of NTU. had the perception its a shadow of NUS. hee hee.. glad i was wrong…really.
Made friends pretty quickly..most were from the JCs as well as poly and international students. glad they are friendly and we can click quite well. looking forward to get to know them better though..
so far everything is heading smoothly.. running around the huge campus was certainly pretty tiring..but hey, when there’s a grp walking together, no such feeling as tired~ =)
glad to hear that my long time fren, vanessa is graduating from her dip soon.. from rp (republic poly). she did dip. after nt qualifying for uni after A levels. *All the best to ya gurl~
This year GSS was a bang to me, cos i managed to revamp my fashion wardrobe.. lolx.. well spent a bomb on it ok.. at least now look much better and going to uni in a more presentable way.. besides the usual norm of jeans and tees, added a lot of skirts as well as shoes fetish..lolx.. latest on the list is belts..Yay.. managed to snag 3 diff belts..
My bf even commented that the belts, my shoes and my latest makeup are nice!!! Feel so happy.. Well i dun make myself look like a clown, but a nice gloss and lipsticks sure perk up my appearance. i guess it makes pple feel that i am more approachable and frenly~?? Judging the day i made frens easily at the QET as well as orientation~
heyhey.. whoa.. been typing my entry for so long liao.. well to make up for not blogging regularly. noted that my blogs a bit stagnanted liao.. lolx..
next on my shopping list, a laptop.. been eyeing on the school’s offering of the ultra-portable notebook.. lolx.. hey, the schools’ facilities were a real EYE-opener.. even the lecture theatre were huge and so comfy.. much better than that of TP. (TP facilities ain’t that bad too) =)
okies…guess gotta stop blogging for now. hence from now on, my blog shall bring u the happenings of my uni life at NTU. Stay tuned folks..
