another day of rain… man this is 4 days in a row since it rained… and i am down with FLU… ah… >< argh.... so cold...Brrr plus got drenched in the rain too >< eeeek

Ok, the weather past few days simply is so terrible… Cold…Rainy… Awful and Gloomy day… >< eeek this is so bad... rite now i am in school, settling DD stuff as well as SIGGRAPH matters... manage to get it all done...
Receive a call from The Guy and then he realised that he is in the correct makeup lecture class but forgot to bring the notes... =.= aiyoh.... so careless ah... >< AC Circuits and Machines module... *to The Guy: dun forget to bring ur notes to class next time... =S * I thought wat happen when U called me... >< So far so good... means tonight i sleep early or study a lil more... scheduled meeting includes with Listya, another publications main comm for DD, friday with the rest of the arts sub comm members... and saturdays? meetings with the rest of the DD pple... haha very busy hor? >< apologies to pple who tried asking me out... its not an excuse... but its true mt timetable is too pack... tell in advance keke? hee :D
Meeting The Guy is one of the best things to happen to me.... cos its not everyday u can have a person who can put up with ur faults and all, and still make a good listener :D to The Guy: I owe u loads of salads :P haha...
Having salad craze this days.. after realising that the school's Cafe by The Quad sells nice salads that you can mix and match... Muahahaha... a regular fix wun kill..cos its chockful of wholesome goodnes... hehe... I Love my salads very much....
Also, must take care of my health... dun feel really good... part of it was affected by the weather... cos i cannot take cold very well... if i get too cold, i start to chill.... and then my hands will be awfully cold... then my lungs.. >< eeekkk .... need my fix of hot drink~!!! hehe....
Gonna order the SCE faculty jacket.. cost $25 dollars.... hehe... likes the colors of the jacket... black, grey and orange... and it looks good too :D makes up my mind to get one... hehe...
Cannot wait for the Bazaar fair held at the Audi coming wed to fri... brought to us by seiyu, with brands like surfers paradise, levis etc... hehe... loads of things to see... hopefully can get sumthing ba... haha...
i am pretty sure this week gonna be a tiring, stressful, happy and fruitful week for me... :P

Having feeling a bit lost in my future career options, I decided to pay a visit to my academic mentor… So as to obtain some feedback as well as opinions.. 
as luck would have it, i bumped into him in the morning just before class started… hehe so decided to schedule the appointment anyway… 
 Met him at 10.30 am and started chatting and filling up my Personal Record Form…
Progress is good so far… and he encourage me to scout for GER-PE subjects that would be of use to me when I graduated… Of course, thats the second important point other than interests… He pointed out that 3D graphics designing is good, but it would be better if i branch out.. instead of having a mind set of a particular industry….
Down the road we cannot foresee the rise or a fall of the industry, as it is being dynamic.. what we can do is to ensure that what we study will come in handy…
wat he said has a point though.. he looked thru my timetable and said mine was being the typical type… and advised that I should make use of the time slots where I have loads of break before the next class to do something. He noted that having a eca is fine… as long i can manage my time…
Also, a sudden jump in the number of acad units i gotta take can be a bit tough to cope… but i am sure i can do well 
Now I don’t feel so lost in my career options.. hehe… but then, I still have to chart my progress carefully, lest i cannot grad on time… hehe… well, thats is like so cool… being able to chart progress is fun and can be stressful at the same time though… so far so good… methinks…

cold and so awfully nice to snooze in bed with… unfortunately… i got loads of things to get it done… ought to get started but… no motivation… argh…
well.. yesterday was a day of boring review lectures, meeting with DD and dinner with The Guy’s friends… hee… went to Coffee Club at Takashimaya… cos we were so awfully late… meeting ended late… heavy rains… my slippers got a free wash… haha… cos we waddled through puddles to get to the void deck of The Guy’s house…
I waited downstairs whilst he had a change of clothes and shoes… so sweet of him to bring me a towel.. for i was partly drenched too… the wind was blowing mercilessly and i had to endure for quite a while… being wet and wind blown is awful…
then we made our way down to orchard… nice bunch of pple.. hehe… and totally enjoyed eating with them…
I ate pasta smoothered with chilli, garlic and tender tasty prawns… whilst The Guy had fish and chips… the fries a tad too hard… but still ok la… and we shared a mint chocolate cake… really nice…
hee… after that we walked around aimlessly in orchard… then we went off… walked one big round… din manage to get a cab at all… sob… and i injured my right toe… >< slammed into something real hard... >< The Guy feel so bad... dun be la ok?
Finally queued at taxi stand at wisma de... then manage to get a cab... phew... reached home... tired but very happy...
=) looks forward meeting them again...
Hmm, guess I gotta get started...

heya… cold and nice and cosy saturday should be spent sleeping…instead its back to school for a review lecture…Â Awww… and i was nodding off in the train… >< crap...

argh... back aching once again... my shoulders are still fine... cos The Guy gave me a shoulder massage so sweet of ya... Love u The Guy...

heya, school has started… and review lectures are already on the way lol… its good la… so far has met all the professors teaching the modules… “interesting” bunch of pple…. Some are boring, nice, humourous… haha… so far so good… This is a logic sem… by saying these, i meant that this sem will be like filling my brain with loads of logic… from logic design – designing circuits and blowing up IC chips i guess.. :p to Java… and algorithms… yuck >< and then more discrete maths... which is more logical than maths... and as a elective... I am taking HW801 - Language Puzzle : The Study of Human Language... Kinda interesting... Last of all, technical report writing module... despite going through them in poly... there it goes again... still have to take this module... well get it over and done with...
Tutorials will start next week with the exception of OOP, which will start in week 3... Labs too will commerce in week 3 also... hehe.... it can only mean... LAB prep... tut... and more assignments rushing in...
Haha... not to mention that....
This sem also saw me buying loads of textbook, gonna sell off in the next acad year since i may not need it, y keep? haha...
Not to mention acad commitments... also... eca commitments... in SIGGRAPH main comm now.. as well as main comm in ad hoc committee for Digital Design... hehe... means loads to do... STRESS ~!!!
Now, I guess I have to find a way to destress... as well as to manage all the workload... I am sure The Guy will be there for me..
Okie... it can only mean that... this sem is a bull run for 2006 ><
and tml i am having DD meeting in the afternoon and a review lecture in the morning... (part 1 of 2) argh.... cannot sleep in.. sob sob... :S

Today is the second day of school… and its like… erm… Argh… haha…. well met all the core subject lecturer’s except my technical report writing module…. Bought new books… as well as printing out tutorials for Logic Design and OOP. Left the Lab of both subjects though… hehe…
Discrete Maths collection is complete since the professor has distributed the tutorials… Now thinking whether to bind them or not… >< cos its on one hand its neater, more organized… on the other, er wste more money ba.. lol…
hehe… got them… cos the lecture notes are too abstract to understand… with the exception of Discrete Mathematics…
My professors….well…. erm… very the “good” haha… cos their pronunciation of the english words is very the “correct”.. (hope u understand the meaning of this sentence… Muahahaha…. very mean hor…. haha… ok maybe i should not be so mean…let me try and adapt ba…
well thats all for now i guess… well I am blogging in school now… cos… i got a class at 3.30 pm… hehe….

heya… Happy New Year 2006 to one and all a cool and rainy day to start the year…Â Bummer… but never mind… haha… well lets get on with the updates…. I summarised it la… cos The Guy covered it all in his blog… read it here

There was slight rain, but that did not dampen my new year’s eve outing…
New Year’s Eve was marked with a peaceful and enjoyable dinner at Maxwell Food Centre… So as to let The Guy try the claypot rice and the pig stomach pepper soup … Glad to know that it suited his tastebuds though… The claypot rice has lovely marinated chicken, 2 different types of wax sausages as well as vegetables, preserved radish and salted fish…
Careless me, did not really remove all the salted fish bits in the claypot and mixed them with the dark soya sauce (not salty version)… then scooped a bowl for The Guy… He was happily eating the rice when suddenly the expression on his face changed… >< it turn out he just ate a big piece of salted fish~!!! haha… oops…so bad of me… Alas, the cripsy rice base was burnt…. Overall, the food is good…Â the Soup however, has a generous portion of pig stomach smoothered with clear pepper soup…. double-boiled for all its yummy goodness… my, its good…
To top of the meal, we wash it all down with SugarCane juice… In the end, The Guy and The Gal is so bloated from the dinner… till a later time when there is room for dessert…
Went for a walk in Chinatown to soak in the Chinese New Year atmosphere… haha…Â then back to Maxwell to try the dessert we saw at one of the stores… verdict: Yummy… haha… Generous serving of papaya and mango, with a scoop of Vanilla Ice cream, whip cream and topped with slice almonds… cranberries… and raisins…Â woo… healthy and yummy… hehe…
well that was new year’s eve for u…
