I finally uploaded all the picts…haha, the ones which i took via my mobile phone camera when i was out yesterday. Remember about the helicopters that i spoke about? Well, here comes the picts…
As you can see, I compiled various shots i took abt the Chinooks flying real low with the State flag, and its like really very close to land… Wow…

Glad that The Guy is home safely back at his hometown… aww… its so nice of him to call me… aww… and we had a lil talk… miss hearing his voice already =X He told me that my precious Sony E phone is fixed… His dad just shaked the connector and poof, its alright… *yay* Imagine if i got it fixed here… it will cost me S$60 !!! Oh my god, thats daylight robbery… *tsk tsk*
Oh well.. I bought something for him and a winnie the pooh badge for his sister, Yuli. I hope they will like it… =D
Today went out to meet up with a long time friend of mine, Billy. Went to Parkway Parade, and went shopping to see see look look… He got me a Star handphone keychain as my advance 21st Bdae present… Thanks a lot! and oh, not forgetting the dinner he treated me too… it was at Pastamania and not too bad, for I enjoyed my Marinara Spagetti…it was nice… loads of mussels, prawns and tender squid rings… yummy! haha…
Did quite a bit of catching up~ and hey, u are nt that boring as u think u are… =P
Then we headed to East Coast Park for a short walk, and guess wat we saw? The helicopters used in NDP. they are flying past east coast park, and lo and behold, they look so grand and magnificent up close… I saw the flag and a whole load of helicopters… *jumps* so nice… =D Decided to snap some of them… really hard to get a gd shot of them… but I tried my best, shall upload the photos when I am done charging my phone… =X
Oh well… and at 2.27 am I am still blogging after rounds of Auditioning… am improving… but still a long long way to go… Oh well…

Daddy’s Homemade Cheng Tng… hee… he just made the dessert today… nt the typical thin soupy type u would get at local foodcourt desert stall… haha… this is packed with much much more ingredients than u can expect to find… haha…
cooked with barley, pearl sago (i think it dissolved in it after boiling lol), dried longan and lychee pulp, dried lily bulb and erm… some brown thingy used to cook cheng tng… i dunno wat that is … oh and red dates 
haha…

i feel so lazy rite now… and that i refuse to update the site… though i must… conflicting… hmm… i dunno la… its so un-organised rite now that i just wanna sleep thru today…
should i take whole day leave on friday instead of the pre planned half day leave… cos… i need to send The Guy off as well as settle my bank loan procedures… i dun have a choice though… sigh… nevertheless, i will need to discuss options at work tml…

Yesterday was a day well spent with The Guy. I cooked him Udon! yay~!!! haha… since he mentioned that so long din eat le.. so I decided to cook it for him lo… haha… then we went downstairs and bought so much stuff… can bring to office to eat though… Muhahaha…
Hee… and we spent a quiet and lazy time together… just the way we wanted it… as a form of escape from the hectic time of DD, which is still haunting me… =X
sch is reopening soon… can’t wait to see all my friends and sch mates once again… at the same time… welcoming the friends of mine entering NTU as freshies… ^^

oh yeah, i just place an order to get my 21st bdae necklace….woot! can’t wait to get it… just the way i wanted it… haha… and tml… is our 7th Monthniversay together!!!

Time flew so fast ever since we met each other, and everyday, we are still not sick of talking to each other, regardless in person, msn, telephone or sms! In fact, we always miss each other alot de… =)
The best is being able to work with ya thru DD as well as thru the same part time job @ incampus.
Still waiting for my Audition Close Beta PINs…. Oh well… hopes the admin will release them real soon…
On another note, The Guy will be flying off on coming Friday… and my bank application forms are here… will need to get it endorsed at the bank as soon as possible…
will have to work all these out… =)
meanwhile, i guess i have some misc work to finish up… and i need to cut down on spending le…
i foresee doing freelance proj work than going into eca… cos i feel scarred… and terrified… the pain is still there… although there were enjoyable moments…

On with my rants… on 17th July, it was Digital DESIGN ‘06 anchor event at Civic Plaza… Preparations started at 8 am. I prepared the lanyards, insert all the cards, help with decorations, set up the prizes and all… Cos i am the Decor IC haha… then the weather decided to foul up at last… it rained… real hard and all our stuff got soaked… our bags, goody bags were all soaked. and we managed to rescue them before anything was ruined… and then the weather got real real real HOT!!!
So hot… till we started to perspire profusely… and even the water wasn’t enough to cool us down… LoL… the performers came and rehearsed their stuff… and mine, some of them are really good… then i changed out into my t-shirt, with my own name! Cool~!!! and wearing of my lanyard…
Around 12.30 pm, the opening speech was commerced by the chairperson of the event… and the opening performance by a band was awesome… =)
People streamed in and out… taking goody bags with them… as well… as looking at our display showcase… my mum and sister came too… whee…!! so happy… haha… then soon enough, The Guy and I broke away from the tent with our lunches, and decided to eat them under a huge tree while being seated on the bench… the moment we finished lunch, my mum and sis came, asking if i want to pass them my lil bag of clothes… haha…. why not? so i hand over to them, and received a phone call…
It was Patrick… he then asked where I were, and then moments later, saw the trio – Patrick, Shaun and Wei Jian! haha… sad that Michelle could not come… cos she is studying… You go girl!
Intro The Guy to them and vice versa, then I showed them around the area… and their remarks were: “So Hot!” LoL… wat to do… we din expect it to be this hot either… and then Shaun was really interested to buy a tablet… and he did though… moments later… =)
We went to macdonalds… I had a chocolate sundae… and they had their lunch… The Guy came over and joined us… we needed to cool down in the air con… later at about 2 plus… went over to help Listya’s friend mann a booth… was nt too bad… and I got to enjoy some apple soda…courtesy of another booth~!! yay! haha…
All too soon… I felt really unwell… but I hung in there… hoping it will go off on its own… then the VIPs came… was glad that the pple at Zaint could come down and grace the event too! hee…
After getting things settled… felt more awful… then staggered to Watson’s to grab some ice water… too lazy to go to cold storage… then i called The Guy, telling him, can’t make it. very unwell… The Guy rushed over… wearing a very worried look… He said I look a lil pale… which was nt a good sign at all…
I told him, I felt weak and dyhyrated… and he promptly bought rehydration salts for me… and then diluted it into water for me to drink… and then we went up… me helped by him… still feeling weak…
then he decided, that’s it. must go home… cos i haven slept for any bit for the last 24 hrs…
So off we went, and got a cab home… he was real sweet to keep a lookout for me… cos i wasnt feeling real good… aww… and we ta bao hor fun as well as san lao hor fun (fish) and then went up to my hse… had very poor appetite… and my legs were itching away like crazy… and ate a bowl of brown rice porridge… that felt so good to my stomach…
after dinner… we rested… and i felt somewhat better, but very drained… then shortly after he left my hse, i went for a long and warm shower and slept all the way till 1 pm the next day…
