Happy 8th Month The Guy =D

A pity that we have to spend the day interviewing pple and not being able to enjoy dinner together. *The Guy’s Flatmate decided to give them a treat to celebrate his birthday* Never mind. I understand. =D

So many things has happened in the flash of an eye, and it seems that I am still struggling a lil… nt a very gd sign…

honestly, i feel very very worried… =X

sometimes i feel so bogged down… argh… i need to scream at a beach! =X

it feels kinda weird turning 21, i mean, it means, i come of age as being a full grown adult… and yet, i dun feel like i wanna grow up… sometimes, its simply too painful… I really dunno what to do abt that squishy feeling… perhaps take my time to face the fact, hey, i’ve grown.

today was also the start of interviewing pple for comm positions in SIGGRAPH. I am stepping down as Art Director. Its time to make way for new blood. I really hope to serve for another year but then, circumstances have changed… Many of the pple i know also decided not to join…  also chairmanship has changed hands. There are things I shall nt say here, those who know me should already have known wat has happened… *clashes*

Perhaps its just me, perhaps… for nt being patient enough, but i get rather sick of such things… i seen it so many times, and to think that the person i once respected the most is actually like that? *denial*

Backtrack: The Guy and I had a wonderful birthday dinner at Sake Sushi on 22nd August. =)

Just a little something that was arranged out of chocolates… damn cute la the ladybugs… haha… kidnapped 21 of them from my auntie’s house… as promised, pictures galore after i am done collating and uploading them… aww… =D Thanks to my dad (got me my birthday cake, and steamboat dinner), mum (watch, key pendant, the tricks and the steamboat dinner), sister (the cup and a lovely bear figurine), The Guy (a u2 skirt, accessories), my relatives, who gotten me so many many wunderful presents… aww…

My Study Loan from NTU got approved! Woot! Advance birthday gift to me… at last, i need not worry about finances anymore… I can rest my mind and devote to work hard on my studies… =D

This gd news came way earlier than expected, cos the admin told me they will let me know in september… well its too good to be true… and that I am really happy about it… =)

sometimes i wonder, do we tend to work so hard for something that we tend to neglect something or all of everything? *random musing from my brain*

yoz pple, how has first week of sch been? for me, its quite alright… notes and stuff all accounted for… =) haha, and starting to love every bit of my lectures.

Went to see the sch doctor on the Second day of school… Not that I was very sick or what… just that my back has been acting up till quite pain, and the neck area was really very painful too… thus no choice, i dun go The Guy will worry super duper alot… so go ba…

Thank goodness the doctor say is muscle tension, for which i was given medicine to take… and its much managable now… the neck pain has gone, left the back… i guess i have to watch my posture as well as getting less tense…. =X

National Day was a blast… and Ruiping, Valerie, The Guy and myself went down to Esplanade area to watch the fireworks on the eve of National Day. WoooT! It was so fatastic, and also my very first time watching fireworks live… its really really good… =D

Pictures galore though… Will post them up here real soon… Quality is horrible cos it was shot with a handphone camera… so watya think? I got some videos, perhaps will have to convert to AVI then can upload, cos Motorola phones happily recorded the format as 3gp… So its not so easily viewed…

This semester start me off as repeating CSC105 (Data Structures and OOP), attempting CSC 183 (Engineers and Society), CSC 201 (Microprocessor Programming), CSC204 (Computer Graphics and Applications) and MB101 (Accounting)… Yup.. Not too bad… time to work really hard… =)

Tough times ahead and guess wat, so many of my subj tut and lab are only starting in week 3… hmm… which leaves me loads of time to settle and revise everything. The next step: gather all my notes, books and stuff…
