Haze reading stands the worse today at 10 am. PSi reading shows its at 130. oh my god… u can get the haze readings here …
And such a reading dun certainly bode well for me, because i suffer from asthma… ther goes all my outdoor plans.. cant exercise at all… and have to go indoors as soon as i can…

anyway, thanks The Guy and rui for taking care of me yesterday… feeling somewhat better… and i am sure till the rainy weather comes… i have to be very wary of my condition…
it din bother me till the haze come… cos i feel fine on every other day… the haze has a countless minute particles that really irritate the hell out of my lungs, throat and occasionally the eyes… it hits me quite bad…
only thing i can do now is to drink plenty of water, stay indoors… might consider a inhaler only if its really needed… I dun want to be dependent on the drug for the rest of my life…
Update: PSI reading is 83 as of 3 pm.
Oh well…
