Another way to make my day is to end up spinning in NTU campus – looking for an empty car park slot.

What started out innocently as a normal ride back to school from lunch near The Guy’s place soon became a quest to find a parking lot. Cars everywhere in the 5 carparks we went, yet not a single empty slot available. These cars, of which many were parked on the double yellow line~! Apparently, they can’t be bothered if the car get scratched or damaged along the way… *i do hope they get wheel clamped~* *evil me*
Imagine the frustration of the driver, having to turn in and out of the carparks, navigating very cautiously… cos it din help that the car is big, and it can be a bit hard to navigate about a squeezy carpark. And muttering how numb his arms is turning into… =P

Finally with a sigh, we headed back to the carpark near SCE/MSE faculty. Only to find no lots too… Spotting a super abandoned slot… Rui drove the car in reverse gear, and then adjusted the car into the slot. Once done, we walked towards SCE faculty.

Just then, I spotted a blank parking lot. haha… So happy, and went there to guard the spot till the car came in. Alas, whilst Rui ran to get the car… a Mazda came in, but the driver drove away, assuming that I am reserving the slot for the camry. haha… 1 down. 1 to go… another came in… and this time, it targetted the very slot I was standing at. Just as he about to reversed in, I stopped him and told him nicely that the slot is reserved for another car…

LoL… thus he had no choice but to drive away, after which the camry appeared from no man’s land. haha. the trimph look was registered all over the driver’s face, as he reversed the car and slot in nicely into the precious empty slot. The quest came to an end… all ended well… after going in and out of the free carparks in school… Now this explains why so many drivers are very unwilling to pay car park fees… to the extent of parking on the freaking double yellow line… all to save 3 dollars for a paid carpark. =P

sometimes in life, we feel so awfully screwed… by circumstances that is…

I stoned for 2 nights. 2 whole nights. Almost mad. Staring at my laptop, music blasting away, i did nothing. nothing at all. never mind the fact that i have so many assigments waiting to be completed… alas, i wasted alot of time indeed, stoning and staring at the screen… perhaps its the body way of saying, i am tired, i can do work… yada yada… but then… no matter how i force it to work, it just wun budge… so i gave it all up and slept like a log thru out the night…

voila, it worked… i guess my body was so tired that it needed sleep else i guess i would have died in the train… LoL… i am glad i am feeling better…

last few miles to go to the examinations of the semester… freaky as i would have to say… i have 5 papers in 8 days~! of all… i think the csc183 paper is the easiest to finish studying…

The rest, I am doing my best. am targetting B+ if not an A for everything…  well I expect to at least clear the subjects… else i will be in a very dangerous situation… =x

Anyway, on this very morning, I found myself running to catch no. 18 to Bedok interchange… why run ? Cos if I miss this bus, chances are I cant catch the empty train to school… The driver was really nice, he stopped and waited for me… Aww… I thanked him as I rush into the bus. =) Honestly, this is kinda rare, most drivers just dun give a damn and drive off… I should say, he drives well… the journey was so smooth and not bumpy… =D I had a nice ride in that though the bus is really creaky and old… but i guess the driving techniques makes a difference in the quality of ride… =) Thanks to his kind act I am able to board the empty train as scheduled.

Hee… and here I am, blogging at the windy corner of SCE. =) LoL… as I wait for my friends whilst they are having algo tutorial.
