On a sidenote, any girls wanna attend with me on a Health Talk this friday @ LT 8? Its all about prevention of cervical cancer.

I choose to go for this talk, cos its good to know that you can do something to prevent awful things from happening to yourself… and its definitely nt funny given that it involves the cervix area.

today, i went for a run again~ lol, this time however, all by myself. despite the aching muscles, i push on and continue to run… :) its nice knowing that one can conquer the hall 11 long and winding slope up hill~ running up hill is always a killer and down hill is as gentle as a breeze…

the terrain here is challenging and no less daunting to an amateur jogger, and every running session is a new experience…

ran today at bout 6.30 pm. pretty alright weather~ hee… and guess i will continue to do so as long as time permits… and the good part about it is going to a refreshing hot shower after sweating it out~ of course, must drink more water since i perspire alot and that makes me more prone to dehydration. hee…

looking forward to another running session soon~ hee…
