Its amazing that there exists people who don’t give a damn of consideration to others who haven’t finish their exams. And they sometimes blast music like nobody’s business. GOOD for those that are done with their exams, but bear in mind there are others not done yet. DAMN U!

I received an email from hall office to withdraw from the room soon… gee… time flies and its almost time for me to move back home… while i miss home, i still relish hostel life! I like the independent feeling.

Still have one last paper to go, and its getting tough to read that subject. So many mind-boggling things to remember. gah… i better give my best shot… hee… just one last hurdle to cross… gah…

Waterfall Model, RAD (Rapid Application Development), 4GL, Prototyping, White Box, Black Box, V(G), Use-case, actor, stereotypes, generalization, aggregation, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, context diagram, data flows, data couples… yada yada yada…

All these and more terms are sinking into my head. lol… and yes, the diagrams are messy affairs. haha…

Just spent a lovely evening out with Hendri… Decided to take a well deserved break today and headed down to orchard to meet him. He took me to Pepper Lunch… hee… and it’s my first time there… Heard of the place, but never ventured in till today… *i am hearing someone saying sua ku (mountain tortoise)*

Haha, I totally enjoyed my dinner… yum yum yum! I ordered the Salmon Pepper Rice Set that goes along with Seasonal Soup… hee… and Hendri had the Chicken Pepper Rice Set with Ice Peach Tea… And along with each rice set, there is an option to add the drink or soup. hee… The amazing thing that I liked about Pepper Lunch is that you get to cook your meal, and it remains hot for quite sometime… hee…

My Salmon Pepper Rice Set came with a generous amount of Salmon, along with the rice, corn, spring onion and you guessed it, pepper! haha, and that hot plate sure sizzles the food… of course, quick action is a must else it will stick to the plate lol… yup, totally love the experience… The seasonal soup is of miso soup base along with some spice as well as tofu and onions… lovely… and it complements the main dish well… hehe… din regret ordering the salmon… the salmon is fresh and very tasty.. hee… oh, the sauce that they provide taste good too

The Chicken Pepper Rice Set did not disappoint either, tender pieces of chicken… oooooooooooohhh… and hear the plate sizzle with delight… hehe…

and while we were at it… we wondered if we should do DK meme, face on the hot plate. lol…

We were also freaking pissed at those Prudential Agents… 2 ladies tried to block our way… and refuse to let us go… next time i shall take photos of them. SO DAMN PISSED! Can’t you see that we decline already? Argh. Have a good mind not to buy Prudential policies. Bloody hell. I was flabbergasted, and initially din notice the company, only then we realize that its Prudential.

Seems like the weather knows that I am in a bad mood lol… Seems that Singapore has become a “rainy island” than sunny island. It has been raining almost daily… since when I also have forgotten already… Rainy days spell trouble to laundry, cos clothes won’t dry. Bummer…

When it rains in the area of NTU, pavements get flooded… and yes, pretty badly till walking across it will spell disaster to your footwear… most affected areas are the pavements next to the forests… hahaha… and all the insects will seek refuge nearby at the hostel… You can spot moths seeking refuge in the toilet (bright lights near the mirror), as well as anywhere there’s light… there’s flies… which sadly, drown when they touch water, cos their wings will get wet and they can’t fly…

Besides that, you can even hear frogs croaking away, and i spotted quite many of them… the most irritating are the mosquitoes XD and yes, I am too sweet so they all bit me. oh yeah, there are plenty of snails too… yuck, i have to watch my step or end up squashing one to death. eeeeeeew

As I am staying in the hostel rooms facing the forest, you can be sure that the lightning and thunder can scare the wits out of you… cos when lightning flash, it flashes so bright that streaks of lightning are very visible… and thunder claps are sure loud and clear…

Roads get flooded, and water gushes into the drains like there’s no tomorrow… When you walk, the menacing puddles of water tries to sneak into your shoes, especially your slippers, sandals… lol… and yes, not to mention, a very hot shower, a cup of hot chocolate or coffee will chase the raining blues away… or sleep till the rain stops… guaranteed to make u feel damn fresh. XD

Why am I blogging about the rain? Cos its raining at NTU.

Algorithms paper was tough. Let’s hope I pass. =X

Just finished some tutorials and going through some of the past year papers. Not too bad, I think I must go through the Backtracking Algorithm again, ain’t very sure how to write the code, though could identify the Domain, Constraints and Objectives.

Sorts like Merge, Heap, Quick, Selection, Insertion… Searching such as Sequential Search, Hashing… Graphs traversal like BFS, DFS, Prim’s, Dijkstra’s, Kruskal’s…

My head is crammed full of Algorithms after another, and still trying to understand and remember them. *worried* and judging from the amount of time left, well about a day or so… yeah… its a morning paper… i better have enough sleep and rest.

Haiz.. I think I stop here. Gotta go mug…

The NO NET RULE is revoked. LoL. Can’t stand the pangs for too long. 2 days, I am fine, after that… Haha… So itchy… haha… Self discipline works only for me if I don’t say it out. haha… So here I am… Its 2 more days to Algorithms paper. Am preparing for it and all I can say is I hope it will be alright. Quite nervous over such a paper. I am not alone, cos all my friends are also sharing the same kind of fear as me. If only this course is taught slower, I might have grasp it better. Not that I hate Algorithms to the core, but sometimes you know….

A nice cup of coffee and mash potatoes and the Internet (joy) to kickstart my day. hahaha… A little later, I shall take my usual dose of vitamin C (and it works wonders keeping me healthy, despite all that coughing going on in the exam halls). And Its count down to the day I officially shift out of hostel. So gonna miss hall life. Its been a long time since I last went home. Missing home and home cooked food. Now everyone say with me aww….

Hmm, been waking up earlier than usual, and tml night I shall sleep early, so as to be really fresh for Algorithms paper. Wish me luck. And I hope to pass that module. XP

After the paper, I shall permit a short break and then chiong for the very last paper.

Sunday morning! and I am up so early. Haha, well I am determined not to sleep in like a pig and feel so tired later. hee… and its good to enjoy the peace in the hostels on a fine Sunday morning. Oh yes, I am feeling so darn lazy to get out of my room to mug. So I guess I shall stay in the room to mug then .. muahahaha…. Shall share with you all some quotes…
