I don’t know why, but I am getting worried over my state of health lately… My lower back hurts. I just hope that it has nothing to do with my old injury which was 9-10 years ago. If its just posture, I can still correct it. If it persists, I will have to seek professional help. Oh no. I can’t afford anything to happen to me. =X
Let’s just hope that it’s a small matter and not a hint to any other underlying health problems. Seriously, this pain has been only on just quite recently. hmm… I really wonder why… haiz…
I injure my back slightly when i was 12… It was during a gymnastics class in school when some moron had to push me while I was executing some rolls… and the next thing i knew, i tumbled out of control and landed awkwardly. The result? A sharp pain shot up through my back, causing me to loose my entire ability to talk. I open my mouth, but no sound came out.
For a few seconds, i sat there stunned, as all my classmates and teacher gathered around me. I never knew who was the culprit. But from then on, I can no longer do anymore gymnastic moves. Very sad about that though. Thus, I am always in awe of those who still can do it. Haiz. Regret. No bones broken, but from then on, the flexibility is gone.

Good morning! Slept pretty early on Saturday night. Felt the strains of attending events, going out etc. Not to mention that yesterday left me so moodless that if I don’t get enough sleep, someone will get on the wrong side of me, basically, snapping straight at you for no reason. (That’s a very bad habit of mine, but it has since toned down).
So here I am, awake by 9 am, sitting down here in front of my desktop after a quick breakfast, and newspaper readings. And that got me started to my habit of random surfing and reading techie news as well as blogs. Comments are left and then its off to checking and replying emails. Suffice to say, that is very much my routine. Checking my to-do list mentally tells me that I have tasks to be completed, and I will get on it.
Tomorrow will be the long awaited start of a research project that I’ve undertaken and will be based at IMM for about 2 weeks. Will require fellow Singaporeans from age 20 and above, to help me out by reading a script. Your voice will be recorded and used for research purposes.
More details on that soon. I will compensate you for your time (~15 mins) and effort as a token of appreciation.
Its for a good cause!
Apart from that, I am also looking forward to PLAY! concert at Theatres by the Bay, Esplanade, on 16th June 2007 with Hendri ~! Omg, I am starting to be excited already… hee… hehe… had a great time with Hendri together these days… Just that I wish we have more time for each other! aww… He so sweet la…
My updates on my blog will be less frequent soon, and I expect my blog ratings to be affected a bit, I will try my best to blog as much as possible… haha, and I don’t think I will be sorely missed by anyone
I checked out Foleo, since a fellow blogger friend DK mentioned it… and it left me more sceptical about Foleo. LOL. Amazing that there is a device which acts as middleman. It might be a novelty, or a fad. Whether it will be a huge success or a flop its a matter of time to be seen. I used Palm products before, like Palm V as well as the Tungsten T3 for my polytechnic’s FYP (Final Year Project). I still own a Sony Clie, though unused. Honestly, while they are great device substitute for a laptop, I still very much prefer to lug around my road warrior (laptop), and my handphone and MP3 player.
A lot of techie news have been exciting the geek in me… such as Microsoft Surface Computing as well as many other emerging technologies… Hmm, guess the future of IT is very much exciting. But here comes the crux of it all, what if it fails? Will we be thrown back to a caveman era again?
Honestly, I miss the times where computers were not a major part of daily life yet… Even when i was studying in poly, I never rely on computers as much as I did these days, where I will die without Internet! hahaha…. Gone are those no Internet in the house days…
