Dear 12-year old Nicole,
In case you wonder who is writing to you, its the 2007 Nicole… I do not know what else I can offer except insights and outlooks of what life may bring about. In any case, I hope you will have a better life than me in the very near future…
Friends will come and go… and that’s part and parcel of life… some will leave a deep impression in your heart, while others may become hello and goodbye type of friends… Treasure your friends well, and honor all your promises made. You will be able to see through, who are your real friends, and who are the ones who dun deserve so much from you.
One thing you should develop is plenty of self confidence, don’t be like me, still grappling with self confidence up till now… cos its a bad thing.
You will grow up to be a fine lady, with manners and grace… your outgoing nature will put many people you meet at ease, and they will warm up to you and like you too 
Your partner will cherish and treasure you… You will be a good leader and manager, and gain respect from fellow peers and well-liked by many… You will excel in anything and everything you do… But do not let these achievements lull you into a sense of complacency, cos that will lead you to a very hard fall, and getting up will not be easy.
Shall not dwell too much on how your life will be like, but I know that you will lead a better, and more exciting life ahead.
