Since today is the end of examinations for this semester, I went to the school clinic to get some assurance about my health. Thanks Hendri for accompanying me there 
You might have read about the post where I complaint of some pain… and so, I went to get that checked too… Reason is because I want to start exercising again, and I would like to do so without worrying about any pains and stuff…
It turn out fine. The pain at the left rib cage is most probably due to muscle pain, slight possibility of it being the bone that’s in pain, but since its at the upper area, not much of a concern. There was concerns that my spleen might be affected, if it’s at the lower area. Its hard to get it diagnosed… and so…
Besides, I also raise some concerns I have with my lower back, which the pain was caused by sedentary lifestyle (long periods of sitting), and that the muscles are kinda sore… remedy would be for me to start swimming (which I have no idea on how to swim, but I shall learn) and get back to a more active lifestyle.
I was given some muscle relaxant pills and some tablets to relieve any pain and inflammation. 1 week course of medication. Let’s hope it’s something small.
Like my friend said, if it’s probably something big, I would not be chatting online. Pretty true though. LOL.
