After a long day of work… yes, I OT a bit… but that’s ok… 
Reached home to a good dinner, and lo and behold, my NetBeans 6 CD has arrived! Travelled halfway round the world to reach my humble letterbox on this little red dot.
Courtesy of SUN Microsystems, as well as the Netbeans community. Yes, it was shipped FOC to me, with a mean waiting time of 3 to 5 weeks. It’s worth the wait, considering that I like to collect different CD covers that mark each version of Netbeans…
Amongst the collection in the disc, apart from Netbeans IDE itself, there was also GlassFish V2, Apache Tomcat 6, documentation, some tutorials as well as the API specification.

First day of back to work, and I gonna say, it really ain’t off to a good start. Post Holiday Blues I would say… haha, but there’s reason to cheer about, for tomorrow there will be a CNY lunch… =)
Oh yes, love is in the air… valentine’s day is around the corner…. =) hmm… found a date yet?
Feeling a bit under the weather, and am keeping my finger’s crossed I will be ok. =X Haha, too much CNY snacks, and sweet drinks… =S

Had a Super Sunday! a total blast… headed over to my third aunt’s place for lunch with all my other relatives… and then I rushed down to a mini gathering with ridz, tian hong, alice, jean, rui ping and myself.
Together, the 6 of us settled down to a game of Monopoly, and boy, we could see everyone trying to out bid, out last and out play one another… a la… survivor style… guess who won ? LOL~ We had loads of fun, of laughter and ooohs… and ahhhhs…. haha… and it got totally funny, when a rubber ducky just flew straight into the air, and landed erm… welll somewhere… oh my gosh… haha…
Time passed so quickly, that in the end, the 4 of us, ridz and tian hong has left by then… we had a quick dinner and went off =) Really a great way to spend my Sunday! It’s really so fun! Once again, thanks for this wonderful mini gathering…

Haha… Seems to me I really somehow need to update the wardrobe of mine… on-going, and slow process… =)
Just had a very satisfying dinner… Dad cooked vegetable with pork and fish maw… It’s totally so yummy, that I heart it so much….granted, the vegetable was crisp and fresh, coupled with the soft and tender fish maw, and the texture of pork just gave it an extra oomph…. haha, totally love my dinner….
Hmm, I guess I ought to go and spend sometime doing my work.

Yesterday was yet another lovely day spent for CNY. 2 of my friends came over…
I painted my nails pink, switching from the luxurious purple that was on my nails for CNY eve and First day of CNY… haha, ok, I probably had nothing better to do but paint them… with a new colour… 
Takings for CNY not too bad… haha, and yes, I am thankful this year new year is better than I thought…
Would love to go shopping very soon~ any suggestions to what new styles I should try?

Chinese New Year just got better and sweeter this year. =)
Went for a reunion lunch with my colleagues, and yup, I had a great time there before heading to my grandma’s place for reunion dinner.
Reunion dinner is so fantastic this year, and I had so much good food… haha… Some of the dishes I had were, black moss soup (fa cai), beancurd soup (boiled with water chestnuts, red dates and some bones), deep fried spare ribs, sweet sour pork, curry chicken, homemade otah, mushrooms with chicken feet, chilli prawns, roast duck, roasted pig…
The reunion dinner is so good, I stuffed myself with so much, and half thankful that I did not eat too much for the lunch… =)
First day of new year, more good food… and of course, the red packets… haha, part and parcel of a festival… especially CNY.
And today, I am very fortunate to have 2 friends who visited my house…. =) *thanks*
