It’s been one year and 16 days since I’ve joined ping.sg… Haha… Yup, time flies, and boy, am I glad I choose to join as a member of ping.sg then. Got to know many wonderful people… yesh, you people know who you are…
Just wanna document this into my blog, for it’s my first time sticking around in a community for so long… 
My readership has since increased, improvements in page rank, and definitely enjoy going out to meet ups with the pingsters…

I had a very fun weekend…
On Saturday, after my morning prayers at CCK columbarium, I went over to Buona Vista MRT station to meet Jean. We went over to ACJC, and had loads of fun at Fun-O-Rama. Haha… I wonder if the Smiley Face is still there? Or relocated to elsewhere? Because I can’t find it in the main hall. It was still there in 2006 (the previous Fun-O-Rama). *ponder ponder*
We took loads of photos, and I am waiting for Jean to upload them, or send them to me =P hehe… Bought stuff from there as well~! hehe… Pigged out on chocolate fondue, mee siam, and chicken wings, on top of drinks 
Time flew too soon, and we hailed a cab to Orchard Cineleisure, where Jean went off for her next event, and me? Went on to Novena, and hanged around there, as well as meeting a friend.
I bought something for this friend of mine from Fun-O-Rama, and what happened next was totally unexpected. =X Ok, something interesting about him. He ain’t a big fan of durians, but I am. He bought me not one, but 2 durian puffs from Four Seasons Durian store in AMK hub!
The funny part is, knowing him, he doesn’t bother queuing up for such things, and it’s not even something he likes eating. But he is really nice and sweet to queue up for up to 35 mins methinks… haha… Thanks my friend, if you are reading this.
I bought some semi-precious beads, and was so fascinated with the glass beads that I bought them as well.
Had a great dinner at Pizza Hut, and it was off to home for some rest before another mad day on Sunday.
Sunday came about too soon, and I was off to the Bishan Columbarium, and went to my grandma’s place for a sumptuous lunch. And jet off to Cathay to catch a movie. My very first time watching a movie there though. 
The seats were really comfortable, and I quite like it
Watched “The Bucket Line List”. To me, this show is very touching, and the emotions are nicely woven into it… Cried a few times during the show, though the ending was predictable… overall, its still a feel good movie.
Before the movie, stopped at one of the bookshops and bought a Bead-Weaving kit as well as color theory for beadwork.
There goes my wonderful weekend, and up next, a dinner later this evening, on a terrible Monday with Felix Geisendörfer at Geek Terminal later, with the rest of the peeps from Singapore PHP User Group.

Today’s Friday! Woah, this week flew past me… and I was so swamped with work to notice. LoL. Time flies, and coming Monday will be the last day for the month of March. Oh bummer.
Loads and loads of events coming right up~ w00t! April’s PHP UG meet up sounds exciting… Ruby on Rails, Python and Djangos… whoopee! Might be heading there though… Same goes for the Tech 65 65th Episode recording… as well as the dinner at Geek Terminal on 31st March… (all are tentative marked as attending 
)
Looking forward to the day I take my first step on to something. Till then, wish me luck.

If I say I am charging on with courage in life, I’m lying. For at the moment, I feel exactly the opposite. The fear eats me up, bit by bit, byte by byte… (anything lower than a byte?) I can’t explain the fear to my dear readers yet… Not on a public scale anyway.
On the other note, there are a lot of things waiting to be done on my part. Procrastination at its best. Oh well. A major part of it is due to me being fearful. Till I move on and conquered this fear, I’ll find it very hard to get back my usual bounce of life and press on.
I feel like I am slipping away… my defenses are weak and vulnerable. I feel so vulnerable, so unworthy, and so afraid. Too scared in a little corner of the world… I speak with a whisper, a shadow of my former self.
I need a break. A real break. So so tired.
By the way, I am not referring to anyone. Just me.

This week weekends is gonna be a busy one… On Saturday, will be heading to Mandai Columbarium first, and then to Fun-O-Rama! I am not from ACJC, but I just wanna be there with a friend… Hehe…
Come Sunday, will be heading to Bishan Columbarium, and then off to a movie woohoo! Am looking forward to it…
And so, today is mid-week Wednesday… Tml is the last day for submission to FYP. Have you submitted yours today? Looking forward to meeting a friend in the evening… hehe…
Work wise, getting busier of coding-testing-debugging… What more can I say? But go with the flow… ^_^

Submitted my choices for FYP. I hope I will be able to get what I want, and also, that my peers and friends will get the project of their choice too…
Nonetheless, whatever comes my way, I will just have to make the best out of it… Life goes on no matter what… lol…
And I think I can’t take disappointment well, especially to things I look forward to. Oh well. Time to change that. Crap. It’s just me I think. But that will be a thing of the past.

Wore my new shoes to work, feels funny, but shall get used to it soon enough. My old shoes were so worn out… gosh… haha, but well, the old has to go, as much as I love wearing it, and it has seen me through countless kilometers of walking, as well as occasional sprints to the bus…
Feeling sorry that I might not be able to join the Tech65 crew for the special 65th episode, as I will be heading for prayers to my late grandma, on the very same morning. I do hope to be able to meet up with some of you all later…

Had a great Good Friday, for I was at Sentosa at the later part of the day, having a great time with friends, celebrating Alice’s Birthday. Attendees include, Bernard, Michael, Tianhong, Ridz, Edmund, Xinhui, Jean, DK, the birthday girl Alice, Ruiping and Myself. Pardon me if I forgot any names…
Totally enjoyed myself there, and was a bit sad that I had to leave early, for I wasn’t allowed to stay overnight at the Costa Sands chalet… And I do hope Alice likes the keychain I made.
Bet those who stayed over are having so much fun!
Went shopping at Parkway Parade… and managed to buy a pair of new shoes… behold my new copper coloured shoes… haha, bought it at a steal of $25… instead of $40… haha… well I kinda eyed on that pair of shoes for a long time…just that don’t have the size that fits my feet.
lol… haha, I had a lovely friday and saturday… and now… choose my FYP.
