It has been a crazy semester for me, and the pain won’t be over till 5th May. Still fighting the exams and fyp monster. =X
It’s also my graduation semester, and I am still very worried about it.
And oh, my Industrial Attachment Certificate has arrived! Time to collect from school after the last paper next Tuesday!

It has been a lot of pain and frustration on my part as a programmer, trying to figure out the Zend Framework settings. I tried troubleshooting, and all I got was a puddle of pure mess. Perhaps I am not good enough to understand Zend Frameworks, though I appreciate the beauty of the Framework.
Fortunately, I discovered CodeIgniter, thanks to BoltClock. He introduced it to me, and within 30 mins, I was up and running the basic look and view of the site already. Needless to say, the forums and user guides are very through. It guided me through the tough bits that I hit.
Well, now that my teething problems are almost over, I guess its time to really rush in to complete this in 4 days.

Manage to lay my hands on this lovely Lenovo Ideapad Y650. Thanks DK for letting me trying it out I’ve seen it at the Lenovo’s Bloggers Night (which I have not written about it, Oops). A quick plug about the review that DK has wrote… here.
I would say that the matt cover hit a very sweet spot with me, for it made the lenovo wordings stand out, and gives it a very classy finish. And the curves around the corners just add subtle elegance to the whole design. I like. To top it off, the orange trimmings around the Ideapad Y650 breaks the monotony of the Black surface.
I attended a very interesting workshop, that I could have hands-on session at acquiring new techniques of shooting photographs. Pardon me while I spend time going through those photographs before I publish them up here.

Weather’s been getting way too humid for my liking, and I feel sticky and perspiring way more than usual. Can’t stand the warm air and no rain feeling. Urgh.
Maybe I gotten too used to be in an air conditioned environment, but really, just stepping out of the air-conditioned room for even a minute, already cannot take it. Oh well. Guess the hot season is really here, and it doesn’t get any better. 30 Degrees Celsius for the night is too much to take, even for myself.
It’s getting on my nerves, though I am trying my best to keep cool. Guess I should stock up more cold drinks, take cold shower, and just stay as cool as I can.
I don’t mind some rain for now. =X

But all I know is from now,
I got to move on.
To let things go when I have to,
and trust that some things will work itself out.
To clean up my act I must,
for I still have to live my life,

Lately, loads and loads of gadgets have been released into the market… and boy I am not surprised that there is more coming soon… But too bad, at this point of time in writing, I have to be contented with reading my usual tech sites for updates, for the examination season made it hard for me to attend events at the moment.
And yes, I got to motivate myself to finish all of whatever is left of school, and continue to work on my tech gadgets review for the blog. Ok, I’ve loads of backdated stuff to write. :X
I am glad I started blogging 4 years ago! hahaha… and yes, Happy Anniversary to 4 years of blogging. It has been a long way since 2005, and I still cringe at reading my past archives.

Why am I writing a blog post here when I should slave away for my 2 papers tomorrow? Reason being, finger itchy. Yeah, so finger itchy till I gotta just fire up my laptop and get to my blog portal. LOL.
I am caught in such a busy period that I just wish I could drop everything, but I know the finishing line is in sight, so I shall just make do with it.
By His grace, I am able to finish studying for my papers already, but I am still going through it a few more times, and make sure I got it in just right.
I already miss meeting my blogger friends, and all that events… (oh well, last exam season!) and I have no idea how I will take to transition from a student to a working adult…. we shall see…
That being said, I should just drop in on my Facebook/Twitter/Plurk and Email before I get back to the books.
