By the time this post gets published, I am already at the grounds of Nanyang Auditorium, NTU, trying my best to robe on my academic dress, and to get my attendance taken and such.
Yes, today is the day of my convocation, or otherwise known as commencement as well.
I’m very happy that my parents, sister and the bf are able to make it for the ceremony itself.
I’m also very thankful for all the support and encouragement that my friends gave, and you guys simply rock. Thank you for being with me, and it means a lot to me.
Nicole
PS: A big thank u to Lu Yee – she gave me a convocation bear. XD It’s so sweet, that it’s at the convocation grounds with me :p

Getting excited, because its just tomorrow! Oh boy. I guess, that’s really the end of student life
My convocation will be held on the 29 July 2009, Wednesday morning, at 10 am.

Perhaps I fear losing something I hold so dear to me
Perhaps I haven’t really found a way to let go
Perhaps I will never find the answers to the questions I have
Perhaps Perhaps Perhaps
Perhaps time is the key to it all
Perhaps my problems will disappear one day
Perhaps I will become rich and famous
Perhaps Perhaps Perhaps
Perhaps I will just be a normal person
Perhaps my life will be happy
Perhaps it isn’t the way it is
Perhaps Perhaps Perhaps
It’s a silly little way for me to just write random things out. Things that have been in the heart for quite sometime.

It’s been a crazy Friday and Saturday, leaving me so drained out that I could hardly continue blogging. Time is never enough. Though I am trying to catch up on sleep and rest, which is like impossible. Oh well.
Graduation Dinner was so-so. It’s nice to see some friends again, but too bad the rest of the people ain’t attending this one. Oh well.
Convocation in 3 days. Omg. I am so unprepared for this.
Sometimes I wonder, why do I miss school so much, though I am enjoying working even if it’s tiring.

Currently zoned out at the moment.
Need tlc, and loads of sleep. (That’s luxurious to have).
Had fun yesterday, and being a passenger in the bf’s car is a first and a very pleasant surprise at that. Feels very safe to be in the car seat.
Now I must head back to work, and hopefully, enough energy to churn out another post tonight

My latest purchase of SASA.
Gotten this shade of lipstick that I think I look good in it
It’s a shade that I find that I will wear it on a daily basis, and allows me to look fresh and poised for the daily work challenges.
Needless to say, I also end up buying eye make up remover as well as my first cosmetic brush.
I just realized that I started to pay so much more attention to make up, on top of my current addiction to technology, photography, handicrafts. Oh dear.

This review will be one of the longest review I have written thus far, and I hope you all will enjoy reading it as much as I enjoy writing this review.
“Smarter than a Smartphone” was the tagline for the Samsung Jet. It sure isn’t a smartphone, but then, the Samsung Jet handles tasks so beautifully, that I marvel at it for being speedy, responsive and user-friendly.
I shall spare you the specifications, for you can read them up here. My apologies that the pictures may not turn out beautifully, for I shot it in haste, and it’s a glossy surface, making it harder for me to capture its design brilliance.
More after the jump!
4 years, uncountable amount of tears, and sweat, not forgetting the hardwork, last minute chiongness, and rushing all the way for exams and assignments, all just for the piece of paper. Yes, a very valuable piece of paper (in terms of monetary value). All for the sake of higher education learning. Of course, not to mention about all that took place within 4 years in university.
iGave is basically a programme where graduates are invited to contribute a sum of money to the school’s funds, which are then used to help other students in need. I for one, owe it to part of this funding to continue my education in NTU. Without it, I doubt my education would have been possible.
Now that I started working, there’s a source of income (hurray), and it also meant that I could afford to give back a little something
This was sent to me via snail mail, as a token of appreciation.
I like the pin, because it’s special, and that it’s printed with the class of 2009. Yes, my convocation ceremony will soon take place and I will become a graduate, officially. Which means, I will no longer be a student. And that student days are over.
With love,
Nicole
So I snipped and re-styled my hair today
Haha, well, mugshots of myself never do justice.
Like what my stylist did to my hair. I just told him I need a new hair style for my graduation dinner and convocation ceremony, and 1 hour later I came out of the salon feeling so good
