Octoberfest is here!

A time to eat, drink and be merry

The bf is at school in the land of London bridge, and that leaves me with a lot of free time in the sunny island of the little red dot (what a mouthful).

I am glad to have the free time, no doubt missing him, because this allows me to spend more time doing things that I want to do, as well as meeting friends for gatherings and makan, something I don’t get to do often.

But I guess, its also time that I really do something about my blog, and some of my newly acquired hobbies. I guess its enough to keep me occupied for quite some time…

Work’s getting hectic as usual, and no complains to my job. So no Monday Blues or whatsoever.

On a total unrelated note, I am considering on getting a Flickr Pro Account, to keep track of my photos. Busting the limit on my Picasa gallery, not a good thing. But perhaps, it could also mean that I am starting to shoot more photographs. Which is a good thing.

My fingers are itching to make some handicraft, and I shall find time for it. Might just give it away, so yup, do lookout for that as well.

Ok, I shall have to sign off to get work done. In the meantime, keep your eyes peeled for more posts here. Do check back soon yeah?!

Having played with the Y650, the Y450 is not a stranger to me, in terms of the functionalities. The Y450 is the 14-inch sibling to the 16-inch Y650. But yet it spots a different patten on the cover.

Finally, I could sit down and have total me time today (at this point of writing the blog post). Thoughts flow, and my brain somehow feels more relaxed and less stressed out.

Unbelievably, October is approaching, inching closer day after day… I really wonder what I’ve done since the start of 2009, but let’s leave that for another blog post.

With each wish in my wishlist being realized slowly, it feels kinda great, because I finally could get it realized in one way or another.

Feeling pretty ambitious in achieving things, but I will have to be patient about it. Not born smart, nor pretty, I just have to slowly work my way up. I’m thankful to be surrounded by people whom I can turn to for help when needed.

Sometimes, I look bad and realized that there are some things which I should have said, but never had the chance to, but then again, what’s the point of regretting?

Arighty, guess I shall stop this entry here, and work on some other stuff. Plans made, now I guess it’s really the time to put them into action. The first step is made, let the change begin.

It’s the F1 Fever in Singapore. I’m excited, though putting up with road closures. It’s not too bad though. So the weekend’s ablaze with F1 madness in Singapore.

Not to mention that though this week is a 4-day work week, it’s equally busy, if not hectic. Work’s a joy, and my colleagues are jokers, and fun people to geek around with. Justin would agree

It also got me thinking about my future, and guess it will be in the works.

The Bf emailed me, and it feels nice to read it, even if it’s a short email. Aww…

Now, I’m off to dream about my fast cars, and the life I want to live down the road for the next 10 years.

It’s been amazing, to realize the different interests that I have. From appreciating art, to photography, are some of the things that I started a few years back, but never really been in sync with it till recently.

Well, its partly due to the influences around me, be it friends, or the Internet, and yes, the bf. Can’t shake the temptation to save up for a DSLR, after starting to fiddle with it. Not that I am not happy with my Point and shoot cam, but there are more things that can be done with a DSLR.

I remember with fond memories of Arts Appreciation module I took back in Poly days, and my lecturer certainly exposed me to many elements of art, of which I enjoy paintings a lot. Even sculptures intrigue me. Not a bad thing I reckon.

The tricky issue is to make time for it. Will be a challenge, but I will just have to try and manage it LOL. So yup, this blog shall undergo a whee bit more changes.

Suddenly my “About Me” page seem so outdated. Shall have to find time to update it ;P
