Been a while since I unplugged myself from the Internet, thus I did that on Friday, which was yesterday. And boy, I like the feeling though. With no mails to check, nothing to distract me from some good ol’ quality me time.
Took my mum out, treated her to lunch and bought her xmas present, and one for my sister too. Made handmade mobile phone charms for my aunties.
Spent a bomb this month, but I am very happy. Not to worry, I still set aside the sum I need to. Spreading some joy with my money makes me happy too.
Looking forward to Terence’s return to Singapore. Missing him since Sept 2009.
I’ve loads of photos, and in the midst of organizing them and writing… But first I shall now head to bed. Even longer day tomorrow. Gosh, so tiring!
I’m pretty much thrilled when I bought myself the HP Mini Studio Tord Boontje. From the box to the actual product, it’s a beauty. I just had to do a pictorial unboxing :

Countdown with me to World AIDS Day!
Come December 1st, it’s a day where many people around the world wears a red ribbon.
This ribbon is a symbol of CARE, CONCERN, HOPE and SUPPORT.
Oh, if you are a twitter user like me (@nicole85), you can attached a twibbon to your avatar to show support for World AIDS Day. I’ve did mine, and so are many others.
Want to join me at this night of fun at the event? Here’s how. Simply leave me a comment, (with valid email in the form for contact purposes). 5 lucky readers will be able to attend this one night only event!
Simply tell me why you care and why are you making a stand about HIV. Even by telling me you want the tickets, also can.
Here’s an example (this is my answer to my question posted):
To me, I care because HIV has no cure as of today, and that I am making a stand because no one deserves to suffer from HIV. I am hopeful that one day, there will be a cure. And these sufferers need our support, in one way or another.
What ya waiting for? Comment away, and you might just be able to land yourself the tix! Hurry!
18th November marks 6th month working. Not bad, but having loads of thoughts ever since I graduated and started working. Well I am in no position to complain can I? Will write my reflections about it…
Feeling very glad that I could spend more time with my family. Oh yes, Terence will be back a month from now. I miss him very much.
Am gonna make my Christmas gift list soon. Have you been naughty or nice? Who knows, you might just get a little present from me PP
I can’t wait to unbox this and set this up… and now I gotta decide the accessories I would be getting along with this baby!
I see my shoulders smiling soon.
I will leave my impressions of it to another post. Because I have the lovely box sitting at the corner of my living room. I am dying to unbox it, but I shall wait till I am done with my work.
Specifications are easily found via the HP website, and its running Windows7 Starter.
