This week has been really hectic. Apart from the 3 days conference, there also work and other matters arising to settle and complete.
It didn’t help that almost half a December has flown by. And Christmas is just 14 days away. 9 days more before I get to meet the bf, and am looking forward to it.
An unexpected Christmas present for me as well. Gotten it during the Nokia Christmas party, which was held yesterday at Pierside, One Fullerton. Won a Nokia N97 in the lucky draw. Thanks Nokia and Text100. (I will be posting the pictures soon).
Going to settle Christmas presents this weekend as well, for the bf and some of my friends. Yet another hectic week. Gosh. =X
Gifts make people happy, more so if the gift is being lovingly handmade. So for this Christmas, why not shower your friends with a beautiful handmade gift? Or some elegant and pretty clothing to usher in the new year?
These are made by a friend of mine, and aren’t they beautiful?
Along with a bunch of bloggers, we were invited to witness the Christmas light-up of Orchard Road. The event was held at Ion Orchard, and His Excellency, President S R Nathan was the guest of honor.
I felt really honored to be present watching him commence the annual Christmas Lightup, and enjoyed the performances as well.
After which, we boarded the Hippo Bus which took us along the Orchard shopping belt for a visual treat of the light up.
Here are some snap shots:

This Christmas is indeed “A Christmas All Decked Out” which is the theme for 2009.
Alrighty, pardon me while I am in the midst of changing my Wordpress template… and while I am doing so, I shall push out the backlogs, as well as the current stuff that’s happening! =)
I’m done with attending 2 events this weekend, and I can’t wait to tell you more about it.
Ok, just posted the photos of all these events in my picasa gallery… and I think I will have to purchase a flickr pro account real soon. Xmas gift?
A quick shout out to friends whose photos are taken by me, you know where to find them
I’m glad to be back here writing, and shall churn out the posts as fast as I can
