Oh yes, quite sometime ago, I was invited to attend the Body Worlds: The Original & The Cycle of Life exhibition that’s currently held at the Science Center. It’s my first visit, and boy, it was an eye-opening trip, at least to me. :)

The Body Worlds exhibition is strictly no photography, but I was granted permission by the Science Center to take photos of it, so that you can view the pictures on my article.

The BodyWorlds exhibition is still on till March 2010! (Not very sure about the exact date when it closes). Admission is at 20 dollars per adult.

I will tell you more about the embalming process soon! (Stay tuned!)

Thanks to Science Center for the photography permission and Jiayi from Band PR for making this trip possible.

    Nicole

PS: This took duper late. My bad.

P.PS: Snuck this post in whilst on a Sunday morning. :P

Yes this was really cool wasn’t it. I didn’t realise it was on, but was visiting the Science Centre with my 3yo son Max and thought I’ll risk him freaking out and take him in to Body Worlds, given that he’s been asking me about what happens to his food and stuff.

I needn’t have worried – he really enjoyed it. Particularly the giraffe and the squid.

They’ve added quite a lot to this since I saw it in London maybe five years ago. I would recommend anyone to see it – it’s a real celebration of how amazing our bodies really are and not at all gross.

@Hugh: Nice seeing you here at my blog *waves*

Heard that the giraffe and the squid is added to this exhibition. The last time BodyWorlds was here, both items were not on display.

I enjoyed the exhibition very much, as a first time visitor to the exhibition :)

Stay tuned for the embalming process post! =)
