Exams are coming, and many of us have already started mugging already… burning the late night oil and all… jia you k pple? I know this is gonna be a tough period for all of usbut as we shoulder on to mug and mug, lets not neglect our own health…
Drink loads of water, eat well and sleep well… of course, if u can squeeze in excercise, that would be great…
I can feel my pre symptoms coming… and i need more calcium to starve off the once a month crazy back aches… there is nothing medical science can do… the docs advised me to take more calcium… and some women naturally suffer from back aches too…
I personally feel I can minimise this problem… got to find a solution. any remedies? the only remedy i have is take pain killers… but i dun want to be addicted to it, and also it will lose its effectiveness…
Oh well…
